Genarts Sapphire plugin crash please help!!!!!

Hi! There I'm recently using ae cc 2019 6.1 and everytime I install a sapphire plugin the app either crashes or sapphire plugins just won't work,,,, is it perhaps the plugins are not compatible with my ae??? I tried sapphire 2019, 2020, 2022 and 11 too what should I do please help me out!!

Genarts no longer controls the Saphire Plugin bundle. You should be getting your updates here: Boris FX | Sapphire
