Getting constant green frames

as seen in the image my frame is green and beyond that frame are constantly flickering, anyone know a fix?

It looks like your project is footage based. Perhaps go into Preferences -> Import and turn off any hardware acceleration preferences in that section. It may be that your GPU is not working well with the footage being imported.
