Getting Wiggle Presets to Apply to Child Layers

I have two layers in a composition that need to be parented to a third layer. When I apply a couple of Wiggle Presets to the parent layer, the child layers don't move at all.

Is there a way to get the child layers to go along for the ride?

(And I can't pre-compose all three layers; there are some items that have to pass behind the parent layer, but remain in front of the child layers.)

1) PARENT LAYER (with wiggle presets)

2) Layer that has to pass between parent & child layers

3) Child Layer

4) Child Layer

What wiggle preset? Of course nothing will happen if the wiggle is created e.g. using the Transform effect. Only native layer poroperties are inherited through parenting. This latter case should not require any extra work whatsoever.

Animation Presets

 >Presets

 >>Behaviors

 >>>Wiggle Position

AND

 >>>Wiggle Rotation

The parent layer looked great with the Wiggle Position & Wiggle Rotation Presets. But the two additional child layers, don't move at all. And they have to be fixed to the parent layer. I tried parenting the parent & two child layers to a null object, but the presets didn't work on the null object at all.
