GPU Effects Error

Without any actual info about the project nobody can tell you much, but guessing from the one clipped screenshot you are using some massive blurs in your project, which easily can simply exhaust your resources even on a powerful hardware when the buffers get too large. In such a case you would indeed have to revert to software-only rendering. There is no magic fix to force it to work on the GPU.
