grey screen on preview

upgraded my windows from 7 to 10 to use After Efffects 2020 and now theres only grey screen in entire composition preview. i tried turning on/off on almost every plugin /effect nothing seems to work. what should i do ? theres screenshots below of After Effects CS6 & 2020

does it happen in other timeline points? now it seems that playhead is out of internal composition's timeline (or, as Millenium said, there a problem with that composition's structure)

If other files work, then start diagnosing yours - open it with capslock enabled to suppress rendering and sift through each comp and effect. Perhaps one of them is missing/ greyed out or marked otherwise. Or you have an old instance of Rotobrush or something iun there that is not compatible. It seems recent AE versions are hyper-sensitive and fragile with even the slightest structural problems in a project.

Most definitely a hardware acceleration issue, so the usual steps apply: Check your settings on that front, update your graphics driver. On that note of course it realyl stands out that your computer may not meet the minimum system requirements. Those screenshots look awfully small and crammed. This may never work fully.

Yeah its true that my computer does not meet the minimum requirements. I have no graphics card. But other project files of After Effects work on AE 2020. So I was thinking this file should work too 🤔 🤔
