hand tool keeps turning on when i press spacebar

Without any system information and otehr critical details liek preview settings we can#t tell you much. the space bar has always been double-loaded to also invoke the hand tool when holding it down. perhaps you're simply having timing issues with your keyboard and need to tone them down, especially if you're using one of those hyper-sensitive gaming setups.
