Hello guys im want to know how to scroll the other frame

Ctrl/Cmnd + Right moves one frame to the right, Ctrl/Cmnd + Left moves one frame to the left. Hold down the shift key to move 10 frames at a time. 

The Keyboard Shortcut Editor (Alt/Option + Ctrl/Cmnd + ') will show you a list of all the keyboard shortcuts and allow you to modify or create ones for navigation that don't exist. The list is long.
