Help! Animaton Composer (plug in) is stuck behind the apple-menu??

Hello! I can't thoroughly use or even deinstall the plug in to correct this, because the option for deinstallation is up the window - which is stuck behind the apple menu. I can't grab or move it in any way or click on my account-option or anything.

I hope someone can help me.
I did not reinstalled AE yet. Is there any other way?

Hello! Thank you so much, it worked with one plug in (Animation Composer), which I need and finally I can update it or use the upper half of the windows.
