Help exporting video for Instagram

Hi, I've been following threads for hours trying to get my video from after effects to export. I updated my mac, reset my after effects preferences, updated media encoder & after effects. I'm using H.264 with match source both medium & adaptive high to no avail. Things are playing perfectly in after effects & I freed up a ton of space on my Macbook Pro so I am at a loss. I added a video link if that is of any help, the source mp4s are coming from my iphone originally, I have had to reload them numerous times.

What happens when you try to open export? Do you see any error messages? Does it happen to all the projects?

The vimeo link indicates there are no videoes. I can't really tell what the issue is from your description though (other than you need help exporting). If you're on AE 2023, you can export H.264 directly from the AE Render Queue, maybe that would help?
