Help me guys, my AE is so slow

Hey guys, I really don't know what to do. I bought new laptop for 1000€ only for AE. I couldn't afford anymore. It is MSI thin gf63 i7 12gen, rtx 4060, 16 GB ram, 500 SSD and my AE is so so slow. I updated everything, I searched all over internet and I don't know what is problem. I know that AE is powerful but I can't believe that this laptop can function properly with it. I need to do everything in quarter preview and when I use rotobrush and plugins like deep glow.. it is dieing. I am really dissapointed and don't know what to do. My friend have PC with rtx 3060 i think with ryzen processor (lower specs than my laptop) and he doesn't have big problems..do you know soultion? I would be so so thankful.

AE is not particularly powerful. Or rather, it is, but about 80% of that power goes toward keeping it from crashing because it's older than DVD's and never got a refactor. your GPU does not matter, and because they use RAM lke it's a hard drive, 16GB is pretty anemic. still, that'll only help your replay speeds, not render speeds. With more smaller cores you can render more at once, but that just makes it "bursty". As well, you're using a 12th gen intel in a thin and light. that means you're probably not getting proper cooling for heavy CPU loads.

As well, it has E-cores, which adobe particularly hates, because adobe doesn't make them work together on frames, so the small cores just hold you back in rendering because you can't preview till they're done and gone, and the limited single cores are a pain, because there's a good number. Adobe runs best on a single or dual core- supposing they might exist. they don't really, any more.
