I have image noise when using them in AE, the resolution of the image is high, I open this image in Photoshop and there is no problem, if I make a comp smaller than the size of the image, everything is no longer noisy, Does anyone have a solution to help me, the link to my picture pexels is under the article, thank you everyone

The image itself has the noise "baked" into it, so that's why you're seeing it when you view the image at 100%.  When you scale it down in the smaller comp, the noise becomes smaller than a pixel so appears to disappear.

The Remove Grain effect or Gausian Blur might be able to help you if you need the image at 100% scale.

Are you sure you can't?  It looked pretty noisy to me in photoshop - when you're zoomed into 100%
