Help with video effect - Tense distortion

Hello guys, could someone please help me with these effects?

 


I've been racking my brain for a long time trying to find ways to achieve the effects shown in the examples. However, I can't seem to achieve a satisfying result with the effects I'm working on (hue/brightness and saturation).

Does anyone have any ideas or even suggestions on how to get as close as possible to the examples below?

 

In my view, I need to make the screen more red, increase the intensity of the shadows, and add some distorted particles on the screen, but I still don't know how to get there 😕😕

Any "chromatic abberation", "twitchy text" or "channel offset" tutorial can teach you this stuff. the only additional trick is that they are apparently modulating the input channels with additional adjustments to clip out certain parts.
