That looks like macro blocking that's likely to happen with low birate, long-GOP video clips used as source footage.

We can get this checked. Could you share more details on what's happening? What are the properties of the media file (frame rate, frame size, format/codec)? What's the source - is it recorded on a phone/camera or screen recorded? Do you get the same glitch in export? Also, what are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
