how can i fix this error?

My PC use Galax RTX 3070 sg with 32 GB memory ram so i don't know what cause this error. I just import this 1080p 30 fps file and this error keep show up every time

 

and when i start rotoscoping it crash everytime, the preview window turn black and program freez

 

plz help

It means what it says. Something is wrong with your hardware acceleration and you need to spend soem time and delve into the relevant settings, update the graphics driver or whatever fixes the issue.
