How can I move "shooting star" light spots using chromakey etc...green screen

Bonjour, 

Not even sure how this happened, but there are floating light spots like transparent shooting stars in my chromakey / green screen video.

Any ideas on how to remove them?  I can mask pretty much all of the subject, but they still float across the body.  

Super newbie at this video editing, but have more than the average monsieur untel's experience with photo editing.
