How can I remove Cinema 4D and the other apps related C4D on Mac.

Removing them will disable the C4D rendering engine in After Effects, so you will lose that functionality. It's not a good idea. There is no uninstaller. You must find and delete them in your Program Files or Apps folder. I would not recommend it. They will be reinstalled when you update After Effects. If you are so short of hard drive space that you have to remove them, you probably don't have enough drive space for AE to run efficiently.
