How do I export a mask layer from AE to PSD?

Trying to figure out how to export a frame from after effects to Photoshop, used the tutorial here:
And most of the fram is making a journey in layers to PSD land, but the mask layer isn't coming along for the ride. Trying to figure out how to recreate it or move the mask layer from AE to PS. Thanks!

Assuming you are referring to a track matte layer, it pretty much works as it should. If you need the layer included in the PSD, create a duplicate and make it visible.
