How do I export transitions made using Displacement Maps?

So I made a custom transition using Displacement Map Effect and a Pre Comp that contains black and white map, and made its own pre comp called transition which can be dragged and dropped anywhere in AE.

Problem is, I wish to export it such a way I can use it in premiere like how those paid plugin transitions work.

I have attached project file below, just replace 2 missing images with any random photos it will work just fine

please help!

Incorrect, Mylenium.
As of the last few versions of Premiere, Mogrts/Essential Graphics now have the possibility to use footage layers as well.
So it's just a matter of adding the 2 containing comps as Image Sources in the EG panel, export, and they'll be available in Premiere, with all effects applied.
Here's a screenshot of the setup.

Add it in your Premiere Essential Graphics panel, lay it above the 2 layers of footage you want to transition with, and then follow the next steps :

1. Cut footage track at the IN point of the transition. Cut footage track 2 at the OUT point of the transition.
2. Make both cut pieces a Subsequence (so they'll show as separate sequences in the Bin)

3. Drag and drop SubSeq1 as footage in the first image container, and SubSeq2 in the second.

4. Hey presto!  Your transition now works in Premiere, with all effects applied!

The standard effects in Premiere work the same as their counterparts in AE. Otherwise you need to refer to the documentation if you are using third-party plug-ins like Sapphire. I'm not clear what you are asking regarding your displacment map. Surely if you are successfully using it in your AE project, it must exist as its separate pre-comp or layer somewhere and could be rendered out.

English not being my native language, I am unable to explain myself properly. I will just replace premiere compositions with AE > Apply Effects there and save it to reflect it in premiere.

There is no such thing. That kind of is the whole point. there are simply limitations to how deep Essential Graphics can replicate AE native functions. At best you could export the map itself and feed it into a suitable plug-in in Premiere or use it as a matte there directly.

I have 2 questions.

1. how do premiere transition plug ins work then?

they create same effect as I created in AE but are drag and droppable.

2. How do I export grayscale displacement map? I tried to apply gradient but results were messed up
