How do I Install Twixtor Plug-in?

I recently just purchased Twixtor 7 from RE:Vision and I downloaded their Twixtor 7 OFX Installer to install the plug-in. Whenever the installer is finished, Twixtor will appear in Sony Vegas 17, but I cannot find it anywhere in After Effects. I have tried uninstalling Twixtor and Reinstalling it over and over, but it will not pop up in the "Effects and Presets" Panel. Am I missing something? Is there a Plug-In panel somewhere that I am missing? I just purchased all of the Adobe apps today so I am very new to this. 

OS: Windows 10
Application: After Effects
Application Version: 18.0.1
Plug-In: Twixtor
Plug-In Version: Twixtor 7 (Version 5.70500, or at least that's what it says in Vegas)

You download Twixtor for After Effects, not OFX.

The key should be sent to you when you buy it
