How do you set blackpoint & whitepoint for color correction?

I'm just looking for an effect that lets you select the blackpoint and whitepoint to color correct the video.  Similar to what can be done with the grade node in Nuke.  Pretty straight forward but I can't seem to find out how to do it. Hopefully someone can help me out, thanks!
