How to convert big mov files into mp4, webm, ogv

Hi there,

I have 4 animations in AE, that are quite big (after exporting them to .mov they are about 2,5GB). I need to have mp4, webm and ogv formats fom these files, do you know how I can do that without paying for converters?

Or, another question is, how can I make these .mov files smaller? When I render them they become 2,5GB, if I export them in Quicktime, they become a lot smaller, but also their size changes (and I want the dimensions 2560x1580 to stay the same).

Thanks,

    Hi there,

It seems to be an issue with export, just lower bitrate, change different codec and container (for example mp4 and .H264) and try once again export Your composition.

Here: Basics of rendering and exporting in After Effects CC  You have wery well explained the process. Or If You just want to convert files that You already have, You can use the Adobe Media Encoder, which is included in Creative Cloud as well.
