How to create a Alphabet Chalk fill effect with After Affects?

Hello,

I want to make a video for kids where I want to show Alphabet outline is filling up with chalk in Adobe After Effects. I also want to show moving dashed lines within the alphabet for alphabet tracing. I have attached the sample video of what I am intereted to make.

I would really appreciate if anyone could provide with any tips or video tutorial link. Thanks
