How to create Shatter glass effect in After Effects?

Hi, i have an video in which window in need to look broken, but the window is moving, so how can i make it look broken , please help urgently

The most efficient technique depends entirely on the shot. The first thing I would do is Motion Stabilize the shot so the window is not moving. As soon as you get the window stabilized you can add a new layer with your broken glass effect. When that looks right you put the motion back in the shot so the window is moving again and add that motion to the layer that creates the broken glass.

 

The problem with your request is that there are about 10 ways to accomplish that. The most efficient workflow depends on the shot. Show us the shot and we can probably help. 

 

This tutorial I did a while ago shows how to replace the screen on a TV. I could have just as easily broken the screen by just choosing a different layer or image in the composite. This is just one way to do what you want to do:

      If I understand you correctly - you know how to make glass shatter but you don't know how to attahe that effect to moving glass? Is that correct? If that is the case:
      You have to track your window and attache to that traking data shatter glass effect or graphic.

      It depends on what kond of footage you have - you can use most basic point tracker from AE, planar tracker with Mocha AE or motion tracker. 
      You can also look for some video tutorials on that but best way for you would be to learn AE basics - without that task that you wish to do can be hard to achieve.
