How to dynamically add parameters in your plugin

Hi guys,

 

Puppet position pin tool in After Effects will dynamically add control point parameter in composition panel when adding a pin, just like the image below:

So I want to know is there a way to change parameters dynamically and just displayed in the composition panel but not the Effects Control panel.

    Plug-ins that do this kind of trickery simply pre-register a ton of inert property streams and show/ hide them as needed. There is no genuine dynamic adding/ removing of property streams.
