How to invert colours on moving text/shapes

I'm trying to recreate this timeline effect, but I can't work out how to make the text/shapes inverted inside of the TV box whilst also moving everything along. Also does anyone know how that blue hue is caused?

You can apply the Invert effect (or any other effect that helps) and add a mask to the effect to cover the TV. So that the effect will apply only on the masked area. This video should help: https://adobe.ly/3HUuFO0
