How do you make a pattern? The usual repeater is not available for Ai files inside of Ae. What is the proper way to do this?
Select the layer and Ctrl click > Create > Create Shapes from Vector Layer
Twirl down the new Shape layer and select Add > Repeater
You can add multiple Repeaters to create a pattern.
