How to reset the original in and out point of comp in a comp?

If it is a footage, you can set it in the layer panel after double-clicking, but if it is a comp in a comp, there is no way to set it using the Layer Panel.
Is there a reset quick key or other convenient way to restore the original In and out points?
Or only through the manual way slowly dragged?

Try double-clicking the composition layer holding the alt key! The layer panel will display your composition layer.

    Thank you, this is a great help.
    Also I would like to ask if there is a quick key or something like a direct reset?
    Or is there a quick key that can directly align the original in point of the layer to the playhead (like the "[" key)?

    I don't know if there's a shortcut to align the original(source) in/out points. Such shortcut would be really useful!
