Sorry, it's the other way around!

It's CTRL+Click while you're in the main Timeline Panel. If you are in the Graph Editor, then the shortcut is the ALT+Click.

To expand on Rick's suggestion: Holding down Alt toggles between linear and Auto-Bezier keyframes. This also works on paths in the composition window as well as masks, as it effectively invokes the anchor point conversion tool which is otherwise available as a sub-tool of the pen tool.

It's ALT+Click while you're in the main Timeline Panel. If you are in the Graph Editor, then the shortcut is the CTRL+Click. And both shortcuts work as toggle - ie you alternate between the two results with each application of the shortcut.
