Counting out the "History", how can I revert an easy ease keyframe to a normal keyframe ?
Thanks in advance.
Hold down the Alt/Option key and click on the keyframe.
Sorry, it's the other way around!
It's CTRL+Click while you're in the main Timeline Panel. If you are in the Graph Editor, then the shortcut is the ALT+Click.

To expand on Rick's suggestion: Holding down Alt toggles between linear and Auto-Bezier keyframes. This also works on paths in the composition window as well as masks, as it effectively invokes the anchor point conversion tool which is otherwise available as a sub-tool of the pen tool.

It's ALT+Click while you're in the main Timeline Panel. If you are in the Graph Editor, then the shortcut is the CTRL+Click. And both shortcuts work as toggle - ie you alternate between the two results with each application of the shortcut.
