How to Save After Effect as 2022 version from AE 2023 version?

Hi everyone,

I recently update my AE 2022 to AE 2023. However my co-worker are still using 2022 and we help each other on project sometime... Here comes my question, I hope someone can help me find the way to save project files from AE 2023 to AE 2022? 

Fyi, we still need to work on some of our prohjects from 2022 version and that's why...
