how to translate After Effects Ease Curve to Web Ease curve

 Can anyone let me know how to translate After Effects Ease Curve to Web Ease curve (as seen on a website like this one - cubic bezier) i was trying to read the values on the curve but they are in pixels and i have no idea how to translate them onto web codes? Do you think you can help?
