How to use Keylight & Holomatrix together?

Hello,

So ive got this green screen footage, that i import in AFX, then apply keylight. Subject is now over a black background.

Now to this subject i want to apply RG Holomatrix effect. But when i do , Holomatrix is applied to the whole image not just

the keyed subject. What am i doing wrong?

As a workaround , i have to render the keyed footage with alpha, then re import it, THEN apply Holomatrix.

Theres got to be a way to do this all in one go. Hopefully...

precomp the layer with the keylight effect->move all attributes. then apply the effect.
