I can't download Adobe Effect

Hi, don't open Adobe Effect, write : don't load CEP

Reinstall the CC app and check for updates to all the apps. This typically happens when there is a version conflict in the CEP panel infrastructure when some apps haven't been updated properly, including the main Creative Clout app itself.
