Since a few days I can't move my AE to another screen and I can't see the toolbar at the top. I tried a lot and reinstalled it a few times but it's still the same. Does anybody knows what to do?

You can try a couple of things:

1.- Go to Window > Workspace > Reset "XX" to Saved Layout, where "XX" represents your current workspace.

2.- Close After Effects. Hold Command+Alt+Shift after launching After Effects. You will be prompted to delete your After Effects preferences. Once you delete the prefs file, After Effects should reset all the windows to the Standard layout configuration.
