I Can't fill shape layer

Hello!

 

I have a problem with filling the shape layer in AE.

I understand that it is shape not mask, I used add on.. it shows the color under contents, but on canvas there is no fill. Any ideas how to get fill to that shape?

I'm not sure what you meant about understanding that 'it is shape not mask,' but it looks the number 2 is created with the mask. Is that the case? If so, you have a shape layer with no path, but only a fill. You need to add a new path and copy the Mask Path to the Shape Path parameter, then the fill will work.
