I can't open After Effects 2021

I recently purchased the software with my purchase of a new Lenovo laptop But unfortunately it doesn't work at all.. I always get this message in attach files . What to do? Also, all Adobe programs are unusually slow. I have upgraded the graphics cards and Windows to the latest possible version

My laptop :

lenovo - Amd Ryzen7 4800H with NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1650Ti

Sorry for your issue.

Does it crash at the splash screen? If so, what's the last loading module? I'd suggest checking for Windows and GPU driver updates.

i updated GPU driver and my windows too ..
Nothing happened .. the problem still 😑😑

Does your After Effects mention the specific error message? Have you tried to reinstall it?
