I can't open after effects

i see that everytime i open after effects:(( tried to uninstall it, but it didnt work

what can i di to fix it???

Agree with Rob - system info would be required. Since I've seen this issue more than once with Cyrillic fonts, start by checking your system langauge settings and perhaps install AE in a different language like generic US English.

Have you tried re-setting preferences? With the app closed hold down control/shift/alt on Windows or Command/Shift/Alt on Mac and click on the AE Icon until you get a system notification and agree to changes.

Secondly, what are the specifcations of your machine?
