I've been working video on AE and Pr without issues for the last year on my computer, but since I started my last project I have been unable to render full resolution without glitches. I already tried a ton of things.
-Updated drivers
-Emptied Disk Cache
-Updated to lastest versions for AE, Pr and ME
-Had chat with Adobe tech support for HOURS
-Ended restoring my laptop (formating hd and reinstalling and updating everything)
-Tried different codecs
The only solution i've found is to render half res on After Effects and stretching it to full res on Premiere, client didn't notice since video was for embedded in smaller res for website, but obviously I cannot keep doing that.
Glitches and errors will even show in preview while working with full res preview. As I mentioned before, never had this problem in the past year, I know my computer is not exactly the best but had been working just fine until this last project, even tried rendering old projects resulting in glitchy videos.
I'm pretty sure there must be a solution for this but just can't find it.
Win7 Pro
8GB RAM
Core i5-4300 @1.90 GHz 2.5 GHz
AMD Firepro M4100 FireGL V 1GB
Please tell me if any other info could help to solve this problem.
Thanks!

How on Earth have you gotten by this long with only 8 gigs of memory?
I have a legacy machine running CS 5.5 with 24 gigs.

What version of AE are you using? The latest versions for Win7 are not the latest versions of Adobe Cloud, as far as I know.
Can you make a screenshot of those glitches?
Can you render to PNG sequence without errors?
Try to deactivate GPU support in project settings.
Can you try your old projects on a different computer?
It is possible that the combination of new drivers, old OS, old hardware and new, or not that new AE is malfunctioning. Did you change anything before the first glitch appears (manual or automatic updates, new software, codecs, ... ).
A workaround could be to render your full size image in 2 passes, since rendering in half resolution works.
Create a comp half the size of your full-res-comp ( I assume HD, so you need 960x1080). Place your comp into it, the way you see the left side of the image. Duplicate this half-res-comp and repositioning the full-res comp in it, until you see the right side of the image. !Pay attention to work pixel perfect!
Then you render one by another and put both sides together in PR or AE afterwards.
You should think about getting a new computer, too. I wounder that AE even runs on this weak hardware.
