I can't see anything on my composition screen

Hi everyone. I need help with my after effects. I think I left something on that remains like this. Can someone help what it is that doesnt let me show the composition?

Check your hardware acceleration settings, update your graphics driver. It's not working. There isn't even a preview thumbnail being generated.
