i cant open cinema 4d lite in after effect

yesterday i was modeling a simple mobile phone in c4d lite by opening it in after effect ... every thing was fine ...i close the file ...and when i come to work today ... i try to reopen it by selecting the file and choose edit -edit original ...  but it wont open

first i was think the file had an error

so i make anew after effect file 

and make a new cinema 4d lite layer in after effect .....but c4d lite program didn't open .... it automatically make an empty c4d layer inside after effect

and when i try to reopen it by edit - edit original ...it wont open

Click on the Options button in Cineware effect to check if your Cinema 4D installation directory is correct. Also, try to purge the cache in After Effects (Edit > Purge > All Memory and Disk Cache)

ok i did what you said ,,,but the problem is still there
