I cant see preview

Hey,
 I just bought a website promo template but  I cannot see a single thing from the preview screen. Please see the attachment below. It did not show any errors. It did not need any plug ins. Can anyone please help?

Start by updating your system's graphics driver and turning off Fast Draft.
