You have posted to the Photoshop forum. Would you like us to move your thread to the After Effects forum? AE will put way more demand on your system than Illustrator. While you are in Photoshop, go Help > System Info > Copy and paste to this thread. That will tell whoever responds a much better idea of how your system should handle those applications.

OK, your thread is now in the After Effects forum. These guys are still going to need to know about your hardware. The Photoshop System Info is a good way of giving that information.

@Mezo283713413tep you failed to mention what versions of the apps you're using, the GeForce GT 730 doesn't even meet the minimum requirements to run the latest version of After Effects

CPU temperatures may rise when After Effects or any other app uses the system resources. Does After Effects raise the CPU temp while sitting idle or only while working?
