I want my money back

Question

Hey, Your software doesn't seems values for money these days. I own both mac and windows and on both platforms they suck. Can I get a refund on your apps not delivering what I pay for! I will continue to put your bad software on social media. I want it to work. It has been a pain in the as for months now. You should be ashamed!!

You would need to contact customer/sales support for a refund request.

My suggestion would be to try and control your frustration when speaking with them.

Sometimes being nice can make a world of diffeence and get you what may not otherwise be entitled to.
