Image on my video face

Hey everyone. I really need some Help i cant find out myself correctly.

 

What i am trying to do is:

Putting a image ( with a face in it ) om My own made video where i for this example just recorded myself doing a small sayinng about thanks for watching.

So i can get the image talking like the tracks from

My face. I can track my face with after effects or mocha but i dont get further after that...



someone does have soms tips and tricks for me?

I think you want Video in a Video (aka an overlay video) instead of a picture in a video. 

For this I recommend using Premier Pro.  See this 1 minute tutorial.

okay sounds good, i saw indeed some stuff comming up about premier pro, but just not yet getting intro it since i never used it sofar. Sooooooo

Many tutorials everywhere what sometimes can make stuff unclear for me! Haha
