Importing a comp from one AEP to another AEP

Is it possible to import a comp from an AE project (project 1) to another AE project (project 2)?  Different aspects of a graphics package for a new show were built in two different project files.  It would be nice to have it all contained in a single project file.  Thanks!

    You can't import single comps.  You hav3e to import the whole project.

    Thanks Dave!  Took me a while to figure out to use File>Import>File... instead of Media Browser, but I got it now!
