Is this a plugin, effect or Mask
I wanted to recreat this effect used in this Videoclip. But i dont understand how they did it pls help?!

Just use rectanguar masks. Add mode will work. Can't tell you how many layers to use because it depends on your still. Then animate the layer's positions over a bottom, non-masked layer. Pretty easy stuff. Just takes a little time, that's all.
