Issue exporting WebM Transparent video with Gaussian Blur "Glow"

I know I must be doing something wrong and I just can't work out what. The transpancy exports just fine but the glow ends up grey and washed out on lighter backgrounds, unless it's on pure black and you can see the colour (but it's still washed out).

I've managed to export the original file via After Effects as a MOV file with the settings in the screenshot. I was originally having issues exporting the glow with the right colour but these settings ensured it kept the right colour glow.

However when I export to WebM via Media Encoder my "glow" ends up grey and washed out, rather than the colour matching the lights. I've tried so many different settings and I just don't know what to do. I might have to try not exporting the Glow (it's a solid colour circle with a Gaussian blur effect, 60% opacity and Overlay)

I'm sticking to older versions for now, so I'm not sure if they've messed with it, but this totally looks like a premultiplication error. Basically, either the transparency has not been premultiplied and the recieving software expects it to be, or it has been and the recieving software does not support it. If you get the same result from multiple software, try looking for premultiplication/transparency options or turning on converting to linea light(probably already like that but might as well test) and exporting directly without media encoder.

Can I ask which version of Media Encoder you're using? I'm wondering if I can try and install an older version.

Also thank you so much for the comment. I will keep trying different options to see what works.

Ahaa, no i don't use Media Encoder at all. Ran into too many bugs a good few years back, and AE as an ecosystem has been declining since 2015. I'm using CS6 on a perpetual lisence now and it does all I need (22% faster render and rotobrush is more reliable!) I'm learning nuke and i'm gonna drop adobe altogether when I find a good enough photoshop clone.

(Adobe doesn't have an audiovisual editing bundle for a reason. They know if they had one, almost no one would get the larger bundle. Or at least I assume. It doesn't take a business analyst to see.)

Also, is that premiere's output tab?
