Hello! I'm working on an animation and suddenly noticed that some of the layers that I've animated are completely invisible, even though they were just fine a few hours ago. The Ai files are linked correctly, the comps and keyframes are there, and I can see the bounding boxes, but the images themselves are gone. Some of the missing images are Ai files that I've imported as compositions, and some of them are shapes that I created within Ae.
So far I've:
- Cleared the cache
- Restarted Ae
- Renamed Ai files and re-linked them as suggested in this other thread about invisibe layers.
But the layers are still invisible.
The animation needs to be done in the next 24h, I'd really appreciate your help! Thank you.

The layer visibility (eyeball) switches are not visible in your screenshot. The hidden layers are all shape layers but you have not shown us any of the shape layer properties. Try selecting the problem layers and pressing the 'u' key twice. Check the Contents/Shape/Transform properties and the stroke and fill. Try soloing the problem layers. Report back and share screenshots of the entire UI by dragging them to the reply field so you can see them before you post instead of uploading them.
