Lens Blur Effect vs. Camera Lens Blur

I have several older AE projects that have old LENS BLUR effect.

I was wondering if someone can help me replace the values from the OLD lens blur to the NEW Camera Lens Blur or the closer equivalents for the CC18.

Enclosed pictures that has the OLD values. Which would be the equivalent in the NEW Camera Lens Blur of the picture enclosed.

Any help would be appreciated.
