Hi!
How can i list the plugins used in a After Effects project ?

File > Dependencies > Collect Files. Inside this dialog box check Generate Report Only, This will create a TXT document where you can find all the assets, typographies and effects (included the third party effects) used in your composition (or compositions depending on what you select in the Collect Source Files option.
