MBL Files Won’t Open or Show Up in Custom Looks

Hi!! I recently updated my Magic Bullet Looks Suite to 14 which lead to all of my custom looks disappearing and being removed from the "custom" folder. I managed to download them again and place them back in the proper presets folder which should have made them show up in the app but they never did. I use MBL on After Effects by the way. I've tried to uninstall and install MBL but that never worked. I'm not sure what to do. Please help!!

I guess you can also install Magic Bullet Suite 13 with the same serial number after you uninstall Magic Ballet Suite 14. You may be able to recover the custom looks with MBS 13.

How do I get Magic Bullet Suite 13? Everything directs me to 14. Even the site where it takes me to Magic Bullet 13, it still takes me to purchase 14.
